By commissioning me and making payment, you are in turn confirming that you fully understand and accept the below Terms and Conditions.If you require further clarification, please contact me directly.
TIMESCALES:
I very much take pride in the work that I do, and it is always undertaken to the highest standard. As such (and despite most work being undertaken in much less time) I advise a timescale of 14-28 days on all of my commissions.
As can be noted on my Pricing page, I do offer an express service which will move you to the front of the queue, where your commission can be expected to take no longer than 5 days edit me. It's easy.
CHANGE REQUESTS:
If you decide that you would like to make and changes to your commissioned work, or are unhappy with any aspect of my work, then change requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
If your request is acceptable then I will apply up to 2 changes to a project once work has begun (I.E: Major changes to the design) free of charge. After this a minimum charge of £5 will be applicable to each change.
PAYMENTS:
I accept payments via PayPal or Cashapp (PayPal is always preferred as it protects both you as a buyer, and me as a seller.)

REFUNDS
Please note that when payment is made, you are confirming your acceptance of my Terms and Conditions, and thus no refunds will be given.
NSFW:
If your commission request involves any NSFW (adult) items then please be prepared to provide proof that you are over 18 years old.
When you are wearing your avatar I am absolved of any responsibility, and ask that you please be sure to follow VRChat's NSFW Rules and Terms of Service.

ALWAYS make sure the avatar is uploaded as 'PRIVATE' and is NOT used in any public worlds.
Any avatar that is removed from VRChat due to rule violations, is your responsibility.
BACKUPS:
Your avatar file will be stored for a maximum of 14 days after issue. So please ensure to create your own backup, in case you'd like to request any future changes/additions.
PRICING CHANGES:
Prices are subject to change over time and all are quoted as final, at the point of agreement. Any additional changes/adjustments will be charged accordingly.
AVATAR UPLOADING:
If you are unsure as to how to upload your own private avatar then I can upload it for you, or show you how to upload it yourself for a fee of £20.
